Can I have alerts go to different Contacts based on the Device User? Follow
Each Account Owner sets up a single list of Contacts for each type of alert. The Account Owner is always a Contact for all of Check-ins, Yellow Alerts, and Red Alerts. The professional monitoring service is a Contact for Red Alerts only. Each Contact besides those two can receive any mix of Check-ins and Alerts, based on the Account Owner's settings.
All Device Users linked to a single Account Owner send their Check-ins and Alerts to that Account Owner's single Contacts set.
If you purchased multiple devices and wish to have some of the Device Users reach different sets of Contacts from each other, you'll need to set up each Device User going to different Contacts as their own full Account Owner, using a different email address and mobile phone number for each. You will only be able to log in as full Account Owner to one of these accounts at a time on your own phone and you will only receive alerts for all of these accounts by setting yourself as a Contact separately for each. This type of setup does not affect any cellular service payment responsibility you have.
