How do I access a closed Alert? Follow
Contacts who received an alert can view alert information for up to 4 hours after the Account Owner has closed the alert, with the exception of Check-ins, which remain viewable indefinitely via text and email. To view a specific alert, follow the link in either the text message or email notification.
Account Owners can view the alert for up to 14 days. To view a specific alert, follow the link in either the text message or email notification. You can also view the alerts in your history in the Moxee App:
- Open the Moxee App
- Select the menu button in the top left corner of the screen.
- Select Alerts & Check-ins
- Select on any of the alerts or Check-ins shown in the History section.
