How to reset your device Follow
If your device does not appear to respond to button presses or there are errors during the pairing process, you can perform a reset. Prior to performing a reset for pairing, try restarting your phone and/or turn Bluetooth on and off to see that resolves the issue.
To reset your device:
- Press and hold the power button on the side of your device for about 10 seconds and release. Before releasing, you will see the Power LED blink, turn solid red, and begin blinking again.
- Wait for the Connection LED to finish blinking and turn solid. If it turns solid green, it has reconnected to your carrier's network. If it turns solid blue, it has connected to your phone with Bluetooth.
- Check your app to verify the device's location. You may need to tap the Refresh button on the home screen.
Resets do not change the configuration information on your device.
